Yes! Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply email us within this timeframe with your cancellation request and reason.

Orders are handled and shipped from our main warehouse in China. Processing takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are shipped the next day after processing. Please note: we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
